The Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE) is leading the search for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Warehouse Supervisors for J Polep National Convenience Distributors. Experienced Warehouse Supervisors should apply if they have prior know-how overseeing and maintaining warehouse inventory by receiving and shipping products, knowledge of proper product storage and guaranteeing on-time delivery to customers.

In this position, you will work in a warehouse setting.
Essential Job Functions for Warehouse Supervisor include but are not limited to:
· Oversee warehouse productivity
· Ensure warehouse team is meeting accurate and timely completion of selecting and loading processes
· Manage risk, supervise, and enforce safety policies and practices
.Help to plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities with Safety Manager
· Coordinate warehouse associate training and perform employee evaluations
.Inspect physical conditions of warehouse and initiate repairs with maintenance where appropriate
· Work with Leadership Team to ensure adherence to company policies and effectiveness of internal processes
.Coordinate employee training programs
· Work flexible schedule, including extended shifts and weekend work, to maintain consistent warehouse timetable
.Supervise warehouse employees
.Review demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments
.Issue shipping instructions and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated
.Resolve customer problems
. Assist with other warehouse duties assigned by Leadership Team
Requirements
Qualifications for Warehouse Supervisor position :
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Demonstrated progressive leadership experience is vital
. Minimum one-year supervisory experience is needed
· Strong analytical and personal skills are necessary
· Must have the ability to lift and move 50 pounds occasionally as well as standing, lifting, bending, turning, pivoting, and walking for long periods
. Should be able to comprehend standard concepts, practices, policies, and procedures
. Must be familiar with WMS and SOP
· Proven working knowledge of warehouse processes is mandatory
