ESS IS HIRING FOR HEALTH INSURANCE AGENTS TO WORK REMOTELY!!
We're seeking Licensed ACA and Medicare Health Insurance Agents who are ready to maximize their earning potential in a full-time, remote role.
Position Highlights:
- $25/hour base pay for ACA Agents Commissions
- $20per / hour base pay for Medicare Agents Commissions Tiered commission structure
- The more you sell, the more you earn Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses
- All inbound leads - absolutely no cold calling. Warm, pre-qualified leads provided daily

Job Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from pre-qualified leads
- Assist clients in selecting the right ACA/Medicare health plans
- Follow proven sales scripts and CMS-compliant procedures
- Meet and exceed performance goals
Qualifications:
- Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus)
- Motivation, integrity, and a passion for sales
