Clear Path Health Insurance Agency is looking for motivated, licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our growing team. We specialize in helping individuals and families find affordable health insurance coverage through the ACA Marketplace.
What You'll Do
- Assist individuals and families with selecting health insurance plans that fit their needs and budget
- Work our leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Educate clients on ACA Marketplace plans, benefits, networks, deductibles, and costs
- Complete enrollments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospects and clients
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
- Meet individual and team sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Active Health Insurance License required
- Previous health insurance or ACA Marketplace experience preferred
- proficient with Health Sherpa
- Must have active 2026/27 FFM
- GA 2026/27 Certificate
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
