Leadership Team. In this high-impact role, you will lead the company\'s
accounting operations and play a critical part in ensuring the integrity
of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. As
a key financial leader, the Corporate Controller will collaborate
closely with executive leadership to support strategic financial
planning, drive operational excellence, and uphold the highest standards
of financial stewardship - while contributing to a culture of ownership
and accountability. Location: This position is open to candidates
residing in Wisconsin. It offers flexibility to work remotely within
Wisconsin, from our Middleton, WI office, or in a hybrid arrangement.
Occasional travel to our Middleton office is required as needed for team
collaboration and key meetings. Responsibilities Include: Oversee all
accounting functions including general ledger, accounts
payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets in collaboration with CFO
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure timely
and accurate financial reporting Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax
regulations, and applicable reporting standards Develop, implement, and
maintain effective internal control policies and procedures Provide
guidance on complex accounting issues and new accounting standards Lead
the budgeting process in collaboration with FP&A and business leaders,
delivering operational metrics and variance insights Support ERP system
enhancements, financial process automation, and reporting tool
improvements Manage and mentor Corporate Accounting team members,
promoting a culture of accountability and professional development
Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
discipline 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5
years in a leadership role CPA Designation Demonstrated knowledge of
generally accepted accounting and internal control principles Strong
organizational and time management skills with proven ability to
multitask and prioritize in a high paced environment with limited
direction Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Previous
experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and
financial reporting tools Preferred Qualifications: Master\'s degree
Prior experience in public accounting Prior experience with payroll
oversight Experience working with Section 125, Section 105, COBRA or
