Summary:

Are you a highly motivated, hands-on Controller ready to own the entire accounting operation and drive financial integrity?

We're looking for a seasoned leader with a strong technical accounting background, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team. Responsibilities:

• Directly lead, coach, and manage accountability for the Accounting team, overseeing core functions including AR, Credit/Collections (CFS), and Treasury Management.
• Own the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and maintaining robust internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as the owner of the Sage Intacct G/L System and Chart of Accounts, maximizing system utility to provide deep business insights.
• Manage all external engagements, including full ownership of the Annual Audit and preparation of information for Income Tax filings.
• Partner with the Director of FP&A on Monthly Forecasting, Annual Planning, and providing clear, actionable financial data to leadership for critical business decisions.
• Oversee payroll, administer the Employee 401k Benefit Plan, manage Business Insurance, and maintain the safe custody of assets and corporate records.
• Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives within the Accounting team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in an accounting role, including 4 years in a leadership capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced proficiency with Sage Intacct (G/L System).
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
