- Hours: Part Time, up to 20 hours/week. Let us know your availability!
- Schedule: Variable, Monday - Friday. Travel required up to 1 hour, one way.
Job Description:
Responsible for the timely, complete, and accurate registration process of patients while meeting payor requirements. Manages telephone calls and appropriately communicates information with patients, physicians, and/or staff. This position requires travel between our primary care clinics up to an hour from Green Bay, one way.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and additional post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business preferred.
- Hospital or clinic admitting experience or completion of health business program, computer/keyboarding skills, medical terminology, health insurance processing, excellent customer service skills, and decision-making skills preferred.
