BayCare Clinic Cardiology is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This role is PRN, with typical office hours of Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!

We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. The Job
- Greets and checks in patients.
- Assists patients in filling out patient forms.
- Answers phones, takes messages, routes calls when necessary.
- Develops patient charts.
- Enters pertinent information into patient charts.
- Schedules patient appointments.
- Collects co-payments from patients.
- Performs general office duties.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality.
- Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.
- A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
- Post high school coursework in Medical Terminology and/or Office Assistant is appropriate.
- Must have a working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance.
- Must possess strong desktop computer skills.
- Experience with EPIC is preferred.
- Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.
