We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented professional who is committed to creating a positive experience for every patient, every visit.
Schedule
- 32-40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Hours vary based on clinic needs between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- No weekends
- No holidays

The Job
- Performs appropriate diagnostic radiographic exams.
- Accurately identifies and labels radiographs.
- Positions patients and selects exposure factors for various radiologic exams.
- Provides radiation protection and safety in accordance with prescribed methods and sound professional ethics.
- Adheres to established quality standards and performs equipment quality assurance tests as directed.
- Assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to age-specific needs.
- Reports malfunctioning equipment.
- Assists in clinical direction and evaluation of student technologists.
- Properly lifts and transports patients as needed.
- Compares requisitions to physician orders to ensure accuracy of ordered examinations.
- Responsible for outside film.
- Processes film and has knowledge of all processing equipment.
- Responsible for keeping all radiology policies current.
- Attends and participates in professional organizations and continuing education programs for personal/professional growth.
- Monitors radiation badges.
- Accurately completes payroll on a daily basis. Adheres to department rules and standards for attendance.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality.
- Graduate of an AMA approved school of radiologic technology.
- Certification or registry eligible from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or other accepted accrediting bodies.
- Must be CPR certified within one year of employment.
