Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
Shift Hours:
Hours: Full-Time 0.80 FTE (32 hours/week)
Shift: Days, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm (work schedule may vary as needed)
Job Description:
Responsible for care delivered under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse. Records patient care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient’s condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about care delivery; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
Qualifications:
- LPNs : Wisconsin LPN license required.
- Medical Assistants : AAMA/CCMA certification required at time of hire, or within 3 months of hire if graduated from an accredited Medical Assisting program.
- Previous clinic experience preferred.
