What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dynamics F&O Business Process Manager position at Empiric?
We are searching for an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Business Process Manager to support a global manufacturing business currently executing a large scale D365 F&O implementation across its US operations, with a go live scheduled for August 3rd.
The business is looking for someone who can step in immediately, build credibility with both operations and IT stakeholders, and lead the process design and change management efforts that will ensure a successful transformation across the organization.
This is a high visibility role within a fast paced manufacturing environment where the right person will have immediate impact across operations, supply chain, and ERP delivery teams.
What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze end to end business processes across supply chain and engineer to order manufacturing operations.
- Perform gap analysis between current state processes, business requirements, and standard D365 F&O functionality.
- Design and optimize future state business processes aligned with both operational goals and D365 best practices.
- Lead workshops and process optimization sessions with stakeholders ranging from shop floor users through to senior leadership.
- Support the transition from legacy ERP systems to D365 F&O through go live and post go live stabilization.
- Create business process maps, SOPs, flowcharts, training documentation, and video-based training content.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and train the trainer initiatives across the organization.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to support issue resolution and process improvements.
- Travel nationally and internationally based on project requirements and implementation timelines.
What You Need
- 5 years of business process management experience within manufacturing environments. This is nonnegotiable.
- Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O experience across Supply Chain Management, Production Control, Master Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse Management.
- Direct experience within engineer to order or make to order manufacturing environments.
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills using Visio, BPMN, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops and leading change management initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership groups.
