What You'll Do:
- Own full 360 recruiting for Microsoft Dynamics or Snowflake talent - sourcing, qualifying and placing candidates (ERP Consultants, BAs, PMs) while winning new client business across the ecosystem
- Build pipelines and territory plans using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, events, referrals and outbound campaigns, mapping org charts and running structured outreach
- Manage the full process end-to-end - qualification calls, shortlists, interviews, offer negotiation and closing placements
- Run a high-activity desk tracked against weekly metrics (calls, interviews, submissions, new roles, new logos)
- Become an ecosystem expert, collaborating with senior recruiters and leadership on go-to-market campaigns while using the full ATS/CRM and analytics tech stack
