What you'll Do
As a CNA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in an inpatient setting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients
- Deliver physical and emotional support to hospice patients and their families
- Educate and assist patients and families in maintaining the highest possible level of independence
- Demonstrate a deep commitment to patient comfort, dignity, and compassionate care

What You'll Need
- Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Must be willing to accept direction and supervision.
- Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
- Must be able to work comfortably with professionals and volunteers.
- Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
