Empath Therapies, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a caring and motivated Manager/Administrator to work Full-Time. The Manager of OutPatient Therapy is responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality out-patient therapy services and maintaining overall accountability for clinical programs as they relate to therapy services.

Primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities:
- Provides oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services as prescribed by a physician
- Oversees the overall direction and operation of the therapy department
- Manages all aspects of patient care, including clinical care, compliance, quality initiatives, billing, and documentation review
- Represents the agency internally and externally in alignment with the company’s mission statement
- Plans, organizes, and provides administrative direction to all therapy staff
- Assists in the development and implementation of specialty programs
- Monitors therapy staff utilization to ensure productivity standards are met
- Assists with staffing needs to ensure care is provided according to regulations, guidelines, and standards
What You'll Need
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
- Active Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy license
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health care
- Equivalent combination of professional experience and education may be considered in meeting educational/professional requirements
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance
