We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Licensed Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Maintain and improve accounting systems and workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial decision-making
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and regulatory reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Must be licensed to be considered for this role
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online is required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- CPA or progress toward certification is a plus
