- Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation throughout the litigation process
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and deadlines
- Review medical records and prepare summaries for attorney review
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists
- 2 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
- Experience with civil litigation or personal injury cases strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and litigation deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills and a client-service mindset
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
