Our partners are seeking a Vice President to join a growing investment banking and financial advisory team focused on middle-market M&A.
You’ll take ownership of client relationships, deal execution, and strategic consulting — guiding projects from valuation and due diligence through closing, while collaborating with a team that values growth, transparency, and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from start to finish
- Oversee client relationships and ensure top-tier delivery of advisory services
- Manage project teams, review analyses, and provide strategic direction
- Identify new business opportunities and support firm growth
What You’ll Bring
- 6 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or corporate finance
- Proven success leading M&A engagements and managing deliverables
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
