ERP Financial And Operational Analyst
ERP/MRP/Planning/Supply Chain
Direct Hire / Salaried 90-115K
Hybrid role (2 days in office and every other Friday) ,
You must currently live and be based in Northeast Ohio
No relocation candidates can be considered

You must have documented paid experience working with financial aspects of ERP and have implementation, upgrade, or maintenance roles.
Description:
Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Financial analyst background is best for consideration.
This is a great salaried opportunity for any US citizen or Green Card holder that has a background in accounting, financial analysis, and is passionate about supply chain.
Required background/skills:
**You will either have a CPA license or CMA certificate. If not, you must have either sat for one of those 2 and looking to achieve either within the near future.
**Must have an accounting background, been able to gain trust of finance team and "get into circle of trust"
**Areas you have experience in: GL tabs, AP, costing, analysis, invoice, fix mistakes made by users in financial and operations system. Expense reporting, commission, order to cash.
**Integration experience between ERP's and Financial software:
You will have the opportunity to work with a 80 year old, growing, and collaborative company that is within manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain. You must have documented experience using modern accounting and financial analysis tools. This position is open because of a promotion in the department. Promoting from within is business as usual at this company. You will be experienced with cost accounting, auditing large scale transactions, and be self sufficient. You will have direct access to the leaders and have a voice at the table.
Strategy
· Works with senior management to develop strategy to align with the overall business plan.
· Translate business requirements into financial system solutions and designs.
· Act a liaison between leaders and various teams to drive efficiency cross functionally and suggest and influence process moving forward
