- To be a successful Permanency Support Worker you must become able to
- Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive
sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
- Provide direct supervision and support of supervisees utilizing the
- Coordinate and supervise client visits with families. Assist with
parenting and life skills training and development. Implement tasks
identified on case plans to help families. Attend case plan meetings

- Document 100% of direct services provided to the team staff
