- To be a successful Independent Living Supervisor you must become able
- Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive
sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
- Communicate and coordinate with Department of Children and Families
- Lead in partnering with community providers to discuss gaps, needs,
local, and public systems affecting youth.
- Collaborate with the Permanency Services Department regarding
- Provide direct supervision and support of supervisees utilizing the

- Ensure required youth contacts are occurring and documentation
