- To be a successful Independent Living Support Worker you must become
- Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive
sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
- Coordinate and supervise client visits with families. Assist with
parenting and life skills training and development. Implement tasks
identified on case plans to help youth reach goals. Attend case plan
and Benefit review meetings as needed. Assist youth with
identifying, locating, and accessing basic resources and community
support systems.
- Document 100% of direct services provided to the youth 48 hours of

- Transport clients as needed. Travel in state to assure client
