- To be a successful Aftercare Specialist you must become able to do the
- Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive
sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
- Provide weekly phone contacts and monthly in-person contacts with
the familys schedules. Assess the familys needs and follow up on any
accessibility to services issues.
- Staff and collaborate with case managers to process the case and
