We’re a high-density, post-Series A team of ex-Founders and Tier-1 AI researchers (ex-OpenAI, Google) who are sick of "chat" interfaces. We are building the orchestration layer that allows AI to reason, use tools, and execute 100-step workflows without human hand-holding.
We need two "Founding-level" engineers to help us scale the brain and the body of our agents.
🛠The Engineering Challenges
- Staff Software Engineer: You’ll own the Agentic Loops. We’re solving for multi-step reasoning, long-term memory persistence, and self-correction. If you know why a standard RAG pipeline fails in a complex agentic flow, we want to talk to you.
- Full-Stack Engineer: You’re building the Observability & Control. This isn't just a dashboard; it’s a real-time "cockpit" for autonomous systems. High-concurrency, streaming UIs, and complex state management are the baseline here.
