Senior Sales Development Representative (AI / Supply Chain Tech)
About the role:
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll join a high-performing, solution-oriented sales team bringing an AI-powered transportation management platform to enterprise customers across the Americas.
You’ll engage daily with senior stakeholders across logistics and supply chain, discussing topics such as international freight, procurement, shipment visibility, and operational efficiency. This role requires developing a strong understanding of global shipping operations and how modern technology is transforming the space.
Your primary objective is to generate qualified opportunities by engaging with senior Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics leaders at large enterprise organisations.
What you’ll be doing
- Learn and communicate how the platform modernises global logistics operations
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within enterprise accounts
- Execute highly personalised, value-led outbound campaigns
- Conduct deep account research (industry trends, personas, intent signals)
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
- Partner closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities
- Support mid-funnel progression through stakeholder engagement and coordination
- Multi-thread deals by engaging multiple decision-makers
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategy within your segment
- Consistently contribute to pipeline generation and revenue outcomes
Your experience
- Background in freight forwarding, carriers, logistics, or supply chain technology (strongly preferred)
- 2–3 years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
- Experience in outbound / “hunter” sales environments
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth companies
