We’re representing a well-established General Contractor based in Myrtle Beach, SC, renowned for delivering complex, large-scale hospitality and resort projects. With a strong pipeline of high-rise developments, they are looking to add a skilled Superintendent to their growing team.
The Role
As Superintendent, you will take full responsibility for on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities for high-rise hospitality and resort projects
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Maintain and drive project schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and clients
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and proactively

- Ability to manage complex builds from ground-up through completion
