Floating Apartment Maintenance Technician – North Columbus, OH 6322/6751

Elon Property Management has a strong presence in the Columbus market and is dedicated to providing safe, clean, and well-maintained living environments for our residents. We’re looking for a dependable Floating Maintenance Technician to support two sister properties in North Columbus, OH. Both are single-story communities with no HVAC or pool certifications required.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general maintenance experience (apartment/residential preferred)
• Ability to complete apartment maintenance requests quickly and professionally
• Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry
• Experience with drywall patching and painting
• Assist with unit turns
• Perform seasonal and preventative maintenance
• Maintain property grounds (trash pickup, basic landscaping)
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation
• PTAC repair/maintenance experience a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for travel between properties)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently across two communities
