About the Role:
Are you a people person with a passion for sales and customer service? We are looking for a motivated and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our multi-family property team. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive leasing experience and maintaining high occupancy.
Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the property
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Promote the community through marketing and outreach efforts
- Process applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and lease terms
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong communication throughout the leasing process
- Assist with resident retention and community events
- Work collaboratively with the property management and maintenance teams
Qualifications:
- 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi and RentCafe) a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
