As a Leasing Consultant you will work closely with your support team: Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, Maintenance team, and District Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the multifamily industry or just to make an exciting change. Leasing apartments, assisting residents, and creating and promoting monthly resident events can be fun!
Ideal Candidates will possess the following:
o Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but first and foremost you must have an outgoing and winning personality that instantly will make customers feel at home and trust you.
o The ability to be strong, confident, and friendly multifamily professionals who knows how to deliver excellent customer service at all times while keeping the owner’s best interest in mind.
o The desire to walk your community daily! - Our managers and leasing consultants are walking apartment homes daily working closely with the maintenance departments ensuring schedules are kept and ready product is to our excellent company standard
o Excitement for organizing and promoting monthly resident events
o Strong sales and marketing ideas and follow-through
o A strong eye for detail; our communities and ready apartment homes must be immaculate to company standard at all times. "Inspect what you expect"
