Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a multifamily community in Columbus, OH. We're looking for a dependable professional with apartment maintenance experience who can work independently and provide excellent service to residents.
Requirements (Required):
- Apartment maintenance experience is REQUIRED
- EPA Certification preferred
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete maintenance work orders
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- On-call availability is a plus
Job Duties:
- Complete resident work orders in a timely manner
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
- Complete make-ready units as needed
- Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property
- Assist with emergency maintenance requests
Salary : $18 - $22
