Leasing / Assistant Property Manager
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73120
A private property owner is seeking a dependable and experienced Leasing / Assistant Property Manager to help oversee day-to-day property operations.
We are looking for someone who is a quick problem solver, communicates well, thinks on their feet, and can work independently. The ideal candidate has previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager and understands the daily responsibilities involved in managing residential communities.
MUST HAVE:
- Prior property management experience
- Assistant Property Manager experience strongly preferred
- Experience with townhomes, 55 communities, or family communities
- Familiarity with property management software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Experience coordinating work orders and maintenance requests
- Experience tracking and coordinating make-readies
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily property operations and resident needs
- Communicate with residents, vendors, and service providers
- Coordinate and track work orders
- Monitor and follow up on make-ready units
- Assist with leasing, applications, and resident paperwork
- Respond to resident questions and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate property and resident records
- Assist with general property management duties as needed
