Role Description This immediate hire, full-time, on-site Leasing Agent and Administrative Assistant role is based in Oklahoma City, OK. The position is responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, answering inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and guiding applicants through the leasing process from initial contact to move-in. Day-to-day tasks include processing applications, preparing lease documents, collecting and organizing resident information, and maintaining accurate records in property management systems. The role also performs general administrative duties such as managing office correspondence, scheduling appointments, filing, and coordinating with maintenance and management teams to ensure timely responses to resident requests. This position requires consistent professional communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to support both leasing operations and daily office functions.
Qualifications
