What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Supervisor-Casey's Place position at Elmcrest Childrens Center Inc?
The Casey’s Place Program Supervisor will provide oversight, supervision, and direction for Team Leaders, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) along with ensuring daily operations of respite services are implemented following Elmcrest policies, regulations of NYS OPWDD HCBS waiver, and regulations of the 1915C Children’s HCBS waiver.
Responsibilities:
Daily oversite and coaching of staff performance to ensure quality of service.
On-call, every other week.
Oversight and management over program’s daily operations
Work in partnership with Program Director, Behavior Specialist and RNs to ensure staff shifts are appropriate for child supervision ratios.
Work in collaboration with admin team to schedule and confirm guests for all programs.
Facilitate monthly staff meetings; compile agenda and additional needed documents
Attend weekly admin team meetings.
Attend individuals life plan meetings
Maintain Paycom; have primary responsibility for timecards and training dashboard.
Coverage of guests as needed.
Oversee the completion of staff and guest assignments, attendance sheets.
Onboard newly hired staff
Ensure and oversee that all staff documentation meets regulation and program policies.
Complete and submit food and supply orders.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Registered Behavior Technician (training provided)
Exiperience working with developmentally disabled individuals with challenging behaviors
Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience
NYS OPWDD supervision experience; a plus

Demonstration of independent work skills with the ability to be part of a team responsible for providing innovative respite programming.
