- 3 years of CNC lathe setup and operation (experience on other equipment is a plus)
- Proficiency with Fanuc controls and G-code
- Ability to read drawings/prints and program at the machine (preferred)
- Metrology skills: calipers, indicators, and similar instruments
- Team-driven attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
