What You’ll Do
- Deliver on-site and customer-facing training and consultative support (primary focus of the role)
- Partner with the sales team throughout the solution development and sales process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop process cycle time estimates and optimize manufacturing efficiency
- Assist with fixture and tooling design
- Support execution of turnkey system projects, including documentation
- Maintain accurate records of activities, customer interactions, and project updates
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports for management and project stakeholders
- Track and document customer issues and support requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally with parts, service, applications, and sales teams
- Contribute to a culture focused on exceeding customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a CNC machining enthusiast who thrives on learning, innovating, and helping customers improve how they manufacture their products.
Key Qualifications
- Ability to train, mentor and guide others
- Strong understanding of process cycle times and machining capabilities
- Proficiency with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or similar
- Strong experience with CAM software such as Mastercam, GibbsCAM, ESPRIT, or equivalent
- Hands-on expertise in **milling and/or turning; **ideally experience with 5-axis milling and or milturns - or the desire and ability to learn these skill sets
