- Assess and evaluate student progress through formal and informal assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administration to enhance the educational experience and address student needs.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities to promote community involvement.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification for primary education.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that accommodates various learning styles.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
