🔹 Property Accountant (1–3 Years Experience)

Ideal for an accounting professional looking to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate accounting while gaining exposure to acquisitions, joint ventures, SEC reporting, and portfolio-level financial reporting.

🔹 Senior Property Accountant (3–5 Years Experience)

A great opportunity for someone with real estate accounting experience who wants increased responsibility, visibility, and involvement in acquisitions, reporting, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.

📊 What You'll Be Doing

• Financial reporting and month-end/quarter-end close activities

• Journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance

• Variance analysis and financial statement preparation

• Joint venture and lender reporting

• Audit support and SEC filing schedules

• Property acquisition and disposition accounting

• Cross-functional collaboration with operations and finance teams

🎯 What They're Looking For

Property Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1–3 years of accounting experience

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• CPA track a plus

Senior Property Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3–5 years of accounting experience

• Real estate accounting experience required

• Commercial real estate experience strongly preferred

• CPA progress a plus
