What You'll Be Doing
• Lead and support the accounting team in daily operations
• Oversee reconciliations, workpapers, and journal entry reviews
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Partner with tax, treasury, and operational teams on various accounting initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Drive process improvements and support special projects
What They're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6 years of accounting experience
• Prior experience leading or mentoring accounting staff
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Detail-oriented professional with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
