What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with Payroll leadership to process weekly payroll for 2,500 employees across the U.S. and Canada
- Review wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions to ensure complete accuracy before payroll runs
- Maintain clean, organized payroll records and documentation
- Support employees with payroll questions and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally
- Track timesheets, submissions, and paid time reporting cycles
- Help guide employees on payroll policies and procedures
- Play a key role in a Workday implementation and transition process
What They’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of multi-state payroll experience
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Experience with Workday preferred (ADP or similar systems also valued)
- Advanced Excel skills (think formulas, pivots, VLOOKUPs—not just basic spreadsheets)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational instincts
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without letting accuracy slip
- Strong communication skills and comfort handling sensitive data
- Problem-solving mindset when payroll issues inevitably pop up
