We’re looking for a high-impact finance leader who can operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and executive decision-making inside a sophisticated wealth management environment.

This isn’t a “close the books and move on” role. This is the person who helps steer the business.

What You’ll Own

• Annual budgeting multi-year strategic planning
• Rolling forecasts tied to AUM, market performance, and advisor productivity
• Revenue modeling across fee-based and recurring income streams
• Executive board-level reporting packages
• Financial integrity in partnership with accounting teams
• Cross-functional alignment between finance and business units
• Building stronger discipline around analytics and performance visibility

What They’re Looking For

• 8–10 years in finance, with meaningful time in wealth or asset management
• Strong exposure to AUM-driven revenue models and fee-based businesses
• Experience building executive-level reporting for high-net-worth / private client environments
• Confident communicator who can sit in a boardroom without flinching
• Strong grounding in forecasting, FP&A, and strategic finance
• Comfortable in complex, regulated financial environments
• CPA or MBA preferred, but not a dealbreaker if experience is strong
