What you’ll be doing
- Own the full planning cycle: long-range strategy, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts
- Build and refine forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling frameworks and tools
- Deliver executive-level reporting packages with clear insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Lead KPI development and performance measurement standards across the business
- Partner with commercial and operational teams on pricing, profitability, and growth initiatives
- Support business cases, scenario modeling, and ad hoc strategic analysis
- Manage and develop a high-performing FP&A team
What they’re looking for
- Proven FP&A leadership experience in a complex, fast-moving environment
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning models
- Experience building financial tools and scalable planning processes
- Ability to translate data into clear commercial insight and executive-ready narratives
- Strong business partnering skills across finance, operations, and commercial teams
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Multi-currency experience is a plus
- Comfortable with 15–20% travel depending on business needs
