Paralegal

Our client, a growing boutique law firm serving the aerospace industry, is seeking a Paralegal to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with attorneys in a dynamic environment where you’ll gain exposure to both litigation and corporate matters while playing a key role in the firm’s continued growth. Responsibilities:

• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and case coordination

• Prepare and file legal documents and litigation filings

• Assist with corporate governance matters and entity record maintenance

• Maintain case files, legal records, and document management systems

• Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence and client materials

• Coordinate DocuSign processes and other administrative legal functions

• Provide general practice support across litigation and corporate matters

Qualifications:

• 3 years of paralegal experience within a law firm environment

• Litigation experience required

• Corporate law experience strongly preferred

• Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced setting

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needs

• Experience with legal software platforms such as Clio, Carta, and DocuSign is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 to $100,000 flexible to go higher DOE

• Health insurance benefits available

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office 2 remote.
