A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and finance operations while serving as a key business partner to executive leadership.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on finance leader with strong manufacturing accounting experience, cost accounting expertise, and a passion for improving processes and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow reporting, and management reporting packages

• Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, product costing, and profitability analysis

• Manage accounts receivable, cash management, banking relationships, and merchant processing

• Coordinate sales tax filings, compliance requirements, and external CPA relationships

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning

• Maintain and enhance ERP systems, accounting processes, and internal controls

• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that support growth and operational excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5 years of progressive accounting leadership experience

• Manufacturing industry experience required

• Strong cost accounting and financial reporting background

• ERP experience required; Sage experience preferred

• Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes

• Experience with ESOP organizations is a plus
