Key Responsibilities
- :Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing tasks
- .Make complex travel arrangements, with an emphasis on booking private jet travel, including itinerary management, ground transportation, accommodations, and other logistics
- .Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring executives are well-prepared and all details are in place
- .Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- .Act as a gatekeeper, managing incoming calls, emails, and requests to ensure efficient time management for the executives
- .Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all communications
- .Assist with event planning and execution for company meetings, conferences, and off-site events
- .Manage and track expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure timely processing
- .Support in creating presentations, reports, and other documents as needed

Qualification
- s:3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in private equity, finance, or a fast-paced professional environmen
- t.Bachelors Degree require
- d.Proven experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, specifically with private jet
