Corporate Meeting Planner (1-Year Contract)

A leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Meeting Planner for a 1-year contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an event professional who has managed meetings and events within a large corporate environment.

We're looking for someone with proven experience planning and executing business meetings, conferences, executive events, and internal programs—not agency, hospitality, or creative event production backgrounds.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate meetings and events
• Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, venues, and logistics
• Coordinate registration, attendee communications, travel, accommodations, and onsite event operations
• Negotiate vendor and venue contracts
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver events that support business objectives
• Utilize Cvent, virtual event platforms, and project management tools
• Identify process improvements and implement event best practices

What We're Looking For:

• 3 years of in-house corporate meeting and event planning experience
• Experience supporting large enterprise organizations (financial services experience is a plus)
• Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills
• Proficiency with Cvent, Microsoft Office, and virtual event technology
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality attendee experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Please Note: We are specifically seeking candidates with in-house corporate event planning experience. This role is not a fit for wedding planners, social event planners, or candidates whose background is primarily in agencies, or creative event production.
