Job Description: Overview Elite Learners, Inc. welcomes motivated and responsible Youth Workers to assist Group Leaders and Activity Specialists in delivering afterschool programming. Youth Workers help maintain safety, engagement, and positive energy in all activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Group Leaders with supervision and activity facilitation.
- Help manage transitions, setup, and cleanup of daily sessions.
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor to participants.
- Support youth engagement and promote teamwork and respect.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age 16 with a high school diploma or equivalent (or one year of experience with youth under 13).
- Enthusiasm for youth development and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively.
Working Conditions: Part-time position during afterschool hours; supervision provided by Activity Specialists and Content Specialist.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
