Job Description: Overview
Elite Learners, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and creative Content Specialist to design, oversee, and support program content in all required areas, including STEM, Literacy, Arts, Health, and Leadership. The Content Specialist ensures curriculum quality, alignment with DOE standards, and staff development across program areas.
Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Select, design, or adapt curriculum materials to meet youth needs and program goals. Ensure lesson plans are engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate.
- Staff Support: Provide coaching, observation, and feedback to Activity Specialists, Group Leaders, and Youth Workers. Facilitate ongoing professional development and training.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor program fidelity, content delivery, and student engagement. Support data collection and reporting for evaluation purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Youth Development, or related field.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory, training, or curriculum management role.
- Demonstrated experience in designing or implementing enrichment or academic programs.
Education/Requirements:
- DOE and SACC clearance required.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and instructional design skills.
Working Conditions: Part-time position with flexible hours; must provide at least nine hours of service weekly per program
Pay: $35.00 per hour
