Business Development Sales Associate

Elite Breakout Marketing is seeking a Business Development Sales Associate to support client initiatives, customer engagement efforts, and territory development across our partnered retail locations. This role is designed for individuals interested in building competencies in business development, client support, and leadership preparation through structured training and hands-on field experience.

This position operates on-site within retail partner environments and involves consistent customer and team interaction.

Position Summary:

The Business Development Associate works alongside leadership and partner brand teams to support in-store marketing programs, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to territory growth objectives. This is a fully in-person, customer-facing role within partnered retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent partner brands and support in-store marketing activities
• Engage with customers and communicate product and service information
• Support customer acquisition and relationship-building efforts
• Assist with program performance tracking and reporting
• Contribute to team standards, collaboration, and operational consistency
• Develop foundational skills in leadership, coaching, and business growth
