The Customer Engagement Executive role supports client program performance, customer relationship development, and territory growth across partnered retail locations. This is a full-time, in-person role with development opportunities toward leadership and account management.
Role:
We are looking for a Customer Engagement Executive that plays a key role in supporting client program execution, engaging with customers, and contributing to sales and performance goals
while building skills in leadership, client relations, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent partner brands inside retail locations
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Support client program objectives and sales performance
- Communicate product and service information to customers
- Track results and provide feedback to leadership
- Contribute to team goals and market growth initiatives
This role involves consistent face-to-face interaction in retail partner environments.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
