This role provides structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience working in partner retail locations while preparing for future leadership opportunities.
Position Overview:
The Sales Management Trainee supports daily team operations, assists with training and coaching sales representatives, and contributes to market growth and customer engagement performance. Trainees learn managerial responsibilities through practical, in-field leadership experience while leading by example.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support, guide, and develop entry-level sales representatives
- Participate in training, onboarding, and coaching activities
- Assist with in-store marketing execution and customer engagement
- Track performance metrics and contribute to team goals
- Promote professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
- Learn leadership, territory development, and operational standards
This is an in-person, leadership-development role within partner retail locations.
