Elite Breakout Marketing is seeking motivated, career-driven individuals to join our team as Retail Management Trainees. This is an entry-level leadership development role designed for candidates who want hands-on experience in retail operations, customer engagement, and team support while working toward management responsibilities. This position is based inside established retail locations and provides structured training, real-world experience, and performance-based advancement opportunities.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Support daily retail operations and customer experience initiatives
- Engage with customers to provide product information and service support
- Assist with onboarding and coaching new team members
- Help track performance goals and contribute to team success
- Maintain professional standards within retail locations
- Participate in ongoing leadership and skills development
Training & Development
Our Retail Management Trainees receive paid, hands-on training covering:
- Customer service and communication
- Retail operations and professionalism
- Team leadership fundamentals
- Product knowledge and brand representation
- Performance tracking and goal setting
Consistent performers may be considered for advancement into supervisory or assistant management roles.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base hourly pay plus performance-based commissions and bonuses
- Average weekly earnings range from $700–$1,100 , depending on availability and performance

Schedule & Work Environment
- In-person role at assigned retail locations
- Hours of operation: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
- Individual schedules determined by the hiring manager based on availability and staffing needs
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations
- Previous retail, customer service, sales, or leadership experience is helpful but not required (training provided)
