You’ll connect directly with customers, provide exceptional service, support promotional and fundraising campaigns, and help drive measurable results.This is a fast-paced, people-first position that blends customer service, sales, and event execution — offering hands-on experience, paid training, and clear paths for advancement. What You’ll Do• Represent client brands and nonprofit partners at live promotional and fundraising events• Provide friendly, professional, face-to-face customer support and brand education• Engage attendees to promote products, services, or causes and drive participation• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown• Deliver presentations or demonstrations (client dependent)• Process customer or supporter registrations accurately• Track daily interactions and contribute to post-event reporting• Collaborate with teammates to improve event performance and customer experience• Participate in ongoing training and professional development What We’re Looking For• Outgoing, personable, and confident interacting with the public• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset• Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments• Team player who learns quickly and takes initiative• Open to working full-time and traveling locally to event sitesNo experience required — we provide full training.
