In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.ResponsibilitiesProject Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of water well projects, including scheduling/dispatching, project management, well equipment system design, job materials staging, project estimation, project invoicing, customer service, managing work orders, collections and preparing regulatory reports. Position is full time, on-site and includes high phone volume.Qualifications and SkillsMechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skillsExperience in project managementKnowledge of water well systems and related equipment (preferred but not required)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in a teamAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
